Here is Alana sporting a few more of Grandma's designs & creations! The skirt in the top photo, the dress and the matching coat & hat are all Dorothy Jacobs originals! Pretty amazing stuff. She is going to be one well-dressed babe this fall!

Just a few more from Minne
Checking out Uncle Jeremy...literally!
Alana is officially 10 months old and boy, has the time flown by! Here is a pic of her and her Dad on her official 10 month birthday. She is still cruising around the house and is now getting more adventurous with the one-handed walking.
Yesterday, Uncle Jeremy came home and stopped by our place for a visit. Alana was excited to see him and was ready to check him out...poor guy had no privacy in our house between her pulling at his shirt and trying to find his belly button!

Weekend with the Seidls
This weekend we hopped a plane and headed up for a very quick weekend with the Seidl gang. Alana was great on the plane, especially the ride home....thank goodness! We pretty much kicked back and braved eating out with the girls. We stuck to tradition and also hit up the local (and very close!) T. Bell...what would a Seidl / Pampel weekend be with no T Bell! We also went to this really amazing duck pond! (haha, that's for Chris...I joke, I really did like the ducks, but the baby was HEAVY!)
Alana had a blast and LOVED meeting Summer, SeSe and Kobe. Summer and SeSe were great hostesses and I couldn't believe what big girls they have become! I think I can FINALLY tell them apart, too! Thanks again to Sonya, Chris, Summer, SeSe & (especially) Kobe for a great weekend!
Our best attempt at a pic of the 3...Alana was a bit noncompliant.

Almost 10 months!
Wow is Alana is growing up! I took her to the park last night after work and we were hanging out on the swings with a bunch of other babies...turns out, she was the oldest! When did that happen!!! She looks like SUCH a little kid in these pictures! She was as friendly as always to all the babies and waved at pretty much everyone in the park. And, oh, does she love DOGS! She barks at them and screeches whenever she sees a dog. It is pretty hilarious and usually grabs the attention of the dog owners who will come over & let her pet the pup. That must be her master plan!
I was about to take some pics of her and this really, really cute Golden, but my battery died! Oh well, next time!

Roadtrip!
This weekend we hit the road and went to see Eric, Sarah, Abbey & Alex! It was surprisingly an easy car ride for Erik, Grandma & me considering we had Alana and the 3 Stockton boys! Everyone was quite the trooper. We also met Aunt Linda & Uncle Roland out in Cincinnati/Kentucky. On Saturday, the 2 Grandmas watched the under 4 set and the rest of us went to the Cubbies game. What a great stadium and a fabulous game! We definitely picked the winner game of the weekend as the Cubbies were victorious.

Baby For Ransom
There is a long running inside joke regarding people being held hostage (having started when we held my mom hostage right after Alana was born) and pics floating around of people with the newspaper.....here are some I received while in NYC. Grandma tried to ransom Alana for Murphles. Thankfully, we won out & got our baby back without the dog!
Alana doesn't seem too worried about being stuck at Grandma & Papas, though!

Weekend with Grandma & Papa
Grandma was gracious enough to watch Alana all weekend while Erik and I went to New York City for a little weekend getaway! We had a blast and really enjoyed seeing the city! Alana clearly had a great time out in Indiana. She seemed to get along well with Murphles, even! Thanks again to Grandma & Papa, too, for the weekend!
